Governance -> Configure Page

Overview

The Governance → Configure page allows users to configure and manage Riscosity's Governance Proxy, which automatically intercepts and acts upon communications between an organization's applications and third-party vendors.

The page's contents vary depending on whether Riscosity is deployed on AWS or Azure.

Governance -> Configure for AWS

Note: The AWS Accounts integration must be configured first.

General	Register an AWS account.
Access Points	Create new Access Points corresponding to the appropriate AWS account.
Certificate Authority	Create a Certificate and add it to any VPCs that should be covered by the Governance Proxy.
Regions	Create Regions corresponding to the appropriate AWS account and Access Point.
VPCs	Add VPCs corresponding to the appropriate AWS account and Region that had the Certificate installed on them.
Domains	Add Domains and associate them with the appropriate VPCs
Rules	Add Rules for Domains that can: Block all traffic to a Domain Block, redact, or notify on traffic to a Domain, based on specified Data Types Alert on traffic to a Domain that went to a specified Geolocation Block traffic to a Domain based on Body Size Limit Block traffic to a Domain based on Rate Limit

Governance -> Configure for Azure

Note: The Azure Accounts integration must be configured first.

Certificate Authority	Create a Certificate and add it to any VNets that should be covered by the Governance Proxy.
Proxy Tunnels	Create new Proxy Tunnels corresponding to the appropriate Azure account.
VNets	Add VNets corresponding to the appropriate Azure account and Proxy Tunnel that had the Certificate installed on them.
Domains	Add Domains and associate them with the appropriate VNets
Rules	Add Rules for Domains that can: Block all traffic to a Domain Block, redact, or notify on traffic to a Domain, based on specified Data Types Alert on traffic to a Domain that went to a specified Geolocation Block traffic to a Domain based on Body Size Limit Block traffic to a Domain based on Rate Limit
